La posizione ottima anche se la metro dista quindi minuti a piedi ma ci sono molte fermate di autobus, quartiere tutto sommato tranquillo. la casa veramente ampia e spaziosa, molto luminosa e piena di comfort utili come asciugacapelli, lavatrice o fornetto.
Uno dei due bagni non ha ariatore funzionate e nemmeno finestra, nessuno dei due bagni ha una porta che si chiude, condizionatori molto rumorosi che creano problemi ad addormentarsi durante la notte. Completa assenza di specchi grandi in casa. Tutte cose sicuramente non essenziali per una buona vacanza ma accorgimenti che possono fare la differenza, considerando il costo non proprio basso.

Localização e sistema de climatização. Excelente tamanho e com boa luz exterior. Simpática recepção humana pelo colaborador Lucas e bastante colaborante.
O estado fisico do imóvel. Precisa de renovação. O sistema da água quente é do seculo passado. Deverias optar por instalar uma caldeira. Mais e melhores utencilios de cozinha.
