Location was AMAZING Beds were comfortable We asked for a baby bed and they even added a baby chair in the kitchen
Two rooms smelled like cigarettes Walls were super thin and some neighbors were noisy at night One of the showers was partly broken, you needed to hold in one hand the showerhead to shower Floor was also a bit broken The baby travel cot had a broken railing and it took them 4 days to bring another one

O estado fisico do imóvel. Precisa de renovação. O sistema da água quente é do seculo passado. Deverias optar por instalar uma caldeira. Mais e melhores utencilios de cozinha.
