Central position, beautiful area, with good restaurants (f e Flauta really priceworthy) and bakeries. Quiet surrounding, possible to keep windows open, efficient cooling in one central room. Nice paintings/ drawings on the walls. Fernando was nice and helpful.
Thin-walled, extreme ban against noise from 21-8, with threat with police and expelling. Bad smelling bed-sheets and towel because of poor washing and apparently drying possibilities. We bought pillows and towel because of this. Once we called Fernando, he couldn’t answer, but he didn’t call back. Cockroaches in kitchen and toilet sink.

Il nous a été donné tout ce qui était nécessaire pour passer notre séjour (Equipement salle de bain/cuisine), les 3 jeux de clefs ont été bien pratiques également.
Ce n'est pas la faute de l'appartement mais plutôt de comment Barcelone est desservi, la marche a souvent plus été une option que le métro ou le bus
