L’appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima sia per i mezzi che per muoversi a piedi. Quartiere tranquillo e molto gradevole, con tanti locali x la sera

L’appartamento è un po’ lasciato andare .. pur essendo dotato di tutti i comfort andrebbe sistemato, il bagno ha segni di usura, le lenzuola lise, cuscini rovinati e i materassi del letto matrimoniale non sono in buono stato. Rapporto qualità prezzo non coerente.

I liked this airbnb because of how clean it was, how easy checking in was, and the location. It is close enough to a nice shopping area and the walk to the metro was nice too. There are a lot of restaurants and an ALDI nearby too. The terrace faces the back (no street view) which added to the charm. The room we got was spacious for 6 people, and the bathroom was big too.

The walls are a little thin or maybe our neighbors were on the louder side. The apartment is also right next to the elevator, which is quite convenient, but sometimes can hear the elevator running.

Very near to the city center, providing us access to all great sceneries, restaurants and shopping locations.

One mattress was worn and had a noticeable dip. Although parking was advertised as included, we had to use a public parking garage. I asked about parking reservations before my arrival, but did not receive a response.

Emplacement top

Comme plusieurs autres clients de ce logement avant moi, nous avons été trompés par les photos de la terrasse extérieure !! Elle existe peux être ? mais elle n'est pas accessible via l’appartement 5A. Le canapé lit est hors d'age et il est impossible d'y dormir confortablement. La cloison séparant la chambre du salon ne remonte pas jusqu'au plafond ce qui n'est pas top pour l'initimité de chacun. J'ajoute que l'établissement s'est trompé dans le calcul de la taxe de séjour et m'a réclamé 50€ de trop. Faisant la sourde oreille à mes demandes de justificatifs par mails, j'ai du faire intervenir le support Booking pour qu'ils daignent me repondre et corrigent leur erreur. Bref pas le séjour espéré...
