Exceptional Stay in a Prime Barcelona Location I had a fantastic stay at this spotless and well-equipped apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona. The space was clean and very comfortable—ideal for both short and long stays. What truly stood out was the host, Ricky. He was incredibly responsive, always available online, and ready to help with anything we needed throughout the stay. His hospitality made the experience even more seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Location was great! Walking distance to most attractions, the metro, and the supermarket. Beds firm but okay. Verandah was nice but we didn’t use it that much except when we had to do washing. Fridge stocked with water, beer & boxes of orange juice. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom but only 1 so that’s not too bad. The light in the sitting area is very dim. Couch could be cleaner and towels were old & stiff.

It was really good that Ricardo met us. He was waiting for us in spite of our delay at the airport and explained things well. The location is excellent, the space in the rooms, kitchen and apartment overall were good and the terrace is fantastic. Ricardo was immediately responsive when the wind blew the pilot light for the hot water system out - he came out and fixed it in the evening. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Two of us like to sleep with fresh air so we had the doors open; unfortunately this resulted in mosquitoes coming in each night and disturbing our sleep. The apartment was too hot to sleep with doors closed. The water in the shower was very difficult to get settled on a temperature - we had great very hot water and great very cold water but it was hard to get it right. The apartment could have had a more thorough cleaning.
