Comfortable, kitchen is good to have

Toilet papet is very limited, we had to buy. We asked via email but no response. There’s no receptionist or any person to talk to after the reception is closed.

Great location, plenty of good restaurants and cafes around. Easy to walk to La Rambla and other key destinations! Well laid out, plenty of space (especially with a toddler) and staff were helpful with getting us in a bit earlier.

Unfortunately there were works happening at the place next door. Which I know isn't Wellos fault but it affected our stay significantly with a toddler. We just felt that we should have been warned and we could've made a decision. It meant we couldn't get him to sleep during the day at all or even relax because it shook and was so loud through the whole apartment for majority of the day til 6pm. Unfortunately the floor was also VERY dirty and needed a good mop. Our feet were filthy within 15 minutes of taking our shoes off!

Great location & nice/well equipped apartment.

As reception is only open 10-2 on a Saturday we had to use luggage storage elsewhere as we had an evening flight

The reception did not work on Sunday. The machine apparently did not accept any American cards. By sheer luck, I had a European card with me; otherwise, we would have stayed on the street.
