Middle of the city center. Easy check in. Digital keys working. Clean. Comfy beds, nice living room. Good airconditioning.

You have to be quiet after 10pm, its very strict.

Great, spacious apartment in a great location. Plaza Catalunya is less than 10min walk away. Everything you need is close by (pharmacy, grocery, bars, restaurants, metro+ bus station). Even though the address or the street is one of the busiest in BCN, the apartment is oriented towards the backyard, so its super quiet. Great orientation as well with loads of sun, especially on the terrace. Clean and comfy as well. As a family of 6, it was a great choice, which we would do again.

There is a very strict policy or rules regarding your stay, with penalties if not abided by, as there is a security deposit, which is returned two weeks after you stay. So one would expect, that everything would be tiptop, yet the kitchen utensils need an update and also additional kitchenware and glassware, especially as it is a apartment for 6 people. Some of the bathroom equipment need a refreshment. It's also weird, that it is not allowed to use the terrace between 22h and 10h, it has to be super quiet in the stairways and corridors, yet the neighbors upstairs and others make loads of noise, even after midnight. I understand that it is hard to run a shortstay apartment in an apartment building and also that certain guests don't take care of the property and its amenities, but nonetheless if left a bitter taste of an otherwise great stay. And oh yeah, the WIFI did not work at all.
