About this apartment rental
With its open concept living room and its 20 Square meters of terrace, Sepulveda 169’s Penthouse offers a fantastic cocoon in the middle of the city.
Its fully equipped kitchen will satisfy our most Gourmet clients.
The main Suite is equipped with a double bed and has its own shower and WC.
In the double bedroom, you will find a double bed that can be easily separated in two individual beds. The second full bathroom is equipped with another comftorble shower and a WC.
You won’t suffer from the climate : hot or cold, the Air Conditionning system will bring you cool air during summer time, and some heat during winter time.
On the terrace, you will be able to rest from your day in Barcelona enjoying one of the best views of the city on the “Castell de Montjuic”.

We passed a week here and it was fantastic! The location of this apartment is really perfect! Everything is within walking distance: a lot of shops just nearby and easy access to metro and buses.
We found the apartment beautiful, very clean and well-equipped. And the owners are very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to everyone!
