About this apartment rental
Modernity meets classical to exciting effect with the warm and welcoming tones of the Walden apartment. Greys, olive and beige hues with bold white accents, combine wonderfully with the exposed brick walls.
Classical furnishings contrast nicely with contemporary pieces in this 70m2 (753 sq feet), two bedroom / one bathroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor. The French windows, the bay window and the sliding doors that separate it from the living room are all original and have been restored with careful consideration.
Each bedroom has an extra layer of soundproof doors, so you can shut the sounds of city life out for a good night’s rest.
The half open kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cooking utensils you might need during your stay.

The apartment is centrally located just a stone's throw away from the bustling La Rambla and the MACBA and CCCB museum. Bordering laid-back Raval and Barrio Gotico to the west and the elegant Eixample district to the north means that there is a wealth of quality restaurants, bars and clubs near your doorstep.

We stayed for two weeks in Walden and extended for a few days and moved to Naoko.
The location is easy to get to Gothic, El Born, and down to Barceloneta, beach area and all the sites and shopping. The street itself is very touristy and tons of tour buses but once you leave that main road there are beautiful neighborhoods to discover on Granados where we found amazing restaurant and Rambla Catalunya. We are New Yorkers and loved walking everywhere.
Walden is well fournished. Great bay window and extremely comfortable beds. Plenty of towels provided.
The kitchen pots and pans could be better quality so made cooking not so enjoyable.
The hot water takes a while to get to kitchen and bathroom sink but eventually does. The shower was nice but I mentioned to the maintenance man that it time to re caulk the grout /tiles to make it look fresh again.
We traveled with a lot of items so the closets we're very small. One armour in each room. But they did provide a lot of hooks.
Naoko was a beautiful studio with an amazing terrace. We we're cramped with a baby but it would be wonderful for a couple. The AC in the bedroom section blows directly on your face so not ideal. We turned off and opened the glass doors.
Staff Elisa was great, responsive and prompt. Really enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay! Great location, well appointed and super comfortable beds. The management was great and very organized. The only concern we had was you could really here the renters upstairs moving chairs ect...
