L'accès à l'appartement via une application nécessite d'avoir son portable avec assez de charge en fin de journée et c'est parfois juste.... Prévoir une clé serait beaucoup plus simple. Les matelas sont très creusés et provoque un inconfort.

The location of this apartment is excellent. It was very quiet and spacious for such a Central European apartment.

The check in process was very stressful and lacked any communication. All it needed was a simple email to explain the process but we didn’t hear anything. We phoned and messaged on booking.com several times with no response. We then made our way to the property in hope someone might be there but it was locked up. We finally found a mobile number hidden in a previous email to contact. We then had to download an app to get access which was complex. The whole thing could’ve been much simpler with clear communication. There was no welcome message in the property explaining anything ie where to put the rubbish, local supermarkets etc. We found spare towels on the last day hidden in a drawer. Also the shower is broken, it’s really a very simple fix to mount on the tiles.
