Beautiful central location on las Ramblas, full of tapa bars and shops, ideal to walk around the city center. The metro station is 50m away, so convenient. It's a spacious apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, with comfortable beds, one overlooking the las Ramblas (a bit noisy) and the other one on the quiet side. The shades can be light blocking, and the heating system works perfectly. There's a cleaning kit, and a fully equipped kitchen. The electronic key worked perfectly through the app and the helping staff answered fast either by phone or message.

The furniture and decoration is on the cheap side, and it doesn't reflect the price paid. Especially the bathroom furniture is all plastic and there's no liquid hand soap. They asked for a safety deposit of 300€, after I had already paid the non refundable price, plus the city taxes. So, one doesn't have much of a choice but to proceed with the extra payment. The money is refunded 20 days after the checkout, which in my opinion is too much to keep people's money blocked for no reason.
