The location is perfect, the apartment really great. I would recommend to do un bit of a renovation because there are small things falling apart: a rack in the second bedroom, small part of the wall below the dishwasher. Other than that, perfect.

Change the air extractors of the bathrooms for silent ones ! Very unpleasant to wake the whole family when you need to go to the toilette by night.
