Fantastic flat in Diagonal. It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with
shower and a toilet. It has 75m2. Capacity for 4 people.

The space

Welcome to this fantastic and stylish apartment located on Avinguda
Diagonal, right next to the iconic Passeig de Gràcia, one of the most
exclusive and elegant areas of Barcelona. Surrounded by modernist
architecture, luxury boutiques, top restaurants, and excellent
transport connections, this flat is the perfect base to experience the
city at its best.

The apartment offers 75 m² of comfortable and well-distributed space,
ideal for families, couples, or small groups of up to 4 guests. It
features two bright double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, and
an additional separate toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for
everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to feel at home, with everything
you need to prepare meals: induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher,
washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and complete kitchen
utensils.

The living and dining area is spacious and inviting, perfect for
relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The apartment is equipped
with central heating and air conditioning in the living room, dining
area, and both bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort all year round.

The building has a lift, adding convenience to your stay.

away from Gaudí masterpieces like Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, exclusive
shopping, charming cafés, and vibrant city life—while returning each
day to a peaceful, comfortable, and elegant home.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts,
burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities
of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for
the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if
available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of
the guest.
