Elegant apartment located in one of the most chic streets of Barcelona, Rambla Catalunya.
This apartmentis ideally located on Rambla Catalunya.Despites being in the city center the apartment is really quiet since overlooks the inner yard typical from the 'Eixample ' district. The master bedroom counts with two comfortable twin beds and a large closet.The second bedroom has also twin beds and a closet. The apartment is very peacefull ensuring a nice recovering rest. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one equipped with a bathtube and the other with a shower.
The living room is spacious and has a large window rendering the room very luminous. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a table and chairs for cosy breakfast and dining at home. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything needed for cooking. Other equipments included are : wi-fi, hair-dryer, air conditioning and central heating.
This apartment is ideal for a holiday or a business trip in the Barcelona center. Concierge surveilance during office ours at the entrance hall of the building.
Groups of young people will not be accepted in this apartment.
TOURIST TAXES: Following the government law in Catalonia, all guests aged 14 and over must pay the tourist accommodation the current amount per person and per night as a tourist tax, which is not included in the accommodation rate.
LATE CHECK-INS: have the following supplement in cash upon arrival, depending on the arrival time to the apartment:-30€ for arrivals from 21h to 00h-50€ for arrivals after 00h

The metro and taxi stands were very close and convenient.I would make the suggestion that at check in instructions on how to operate the appliances be given. We struggled with using the washer/dryer and it took several exchanges to get the stove to function. Additionally, it would be helpful to have known exactly where the garbage bins are located. We were also disappointed that the second bedroom and bath were so small.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Convenient to grocery and many restaurants. Excellent location for our visit. Will highly recommend to friends visiting the area. C
