Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Public car park at 180 m, extra. Bus stop "Còrsega - Llúria" 50 m, underground station "L3/L5 - Diagonal" 450 m, sandy beach "Barceloneta" 4 km. Nearby attractions: Sagrada Família 1.3 km, Plaça Catalunya 1.9 km, La Pedrera 550 m, Parc Güell 2.3 km, Passeig de Gràcia 750 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Shops, bars, restaurants, chemist nearby. This property has so much potential with a few minor changes however without those unfortunately the only good thing about it is the location. After a long day of sightseeing the least you need is a terrible nights sleep. The beds are absolutely horrendous, worst beds we have ever slept on. Pillows are very smelly and the cleaning of the floors at the time of check in is less than acceptable. Also there is a sewage smell that overtakes the building. Lady at the check in is nice and helpful.
