This bright apartment has three bedrooms, one bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in the hip neighborhood of Gracia. In this quiet area there are restaurants, bars, shops and groceries.

This stylish and modern furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In total there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another single bedroom and another one with a single bed. There is one full modern bathrooms with a shower.
The living room has a cozy atmosphere to dine or just relax. Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a Lavazza espresso machine. The kitchen is perfect for family needs. It is situated on the third floor with a lift, so no problems for your suitcases!
The apartment also offers free WiFi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, beddings, towels, soaps and everything else you need for a pleasant stay in one of the world´s most beautiful beach cities.
We kindly ask you to read carefully all descriptions with all the amenities that are included in the property. Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

The location of the unit is great! It is quiet, easy to access & in a safe neighbourhood with lots of locals. No hesitation to walk around at night!
We are a family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teen, age 14).
The number of beds and bedrooms worked well for us.
The unit has everything that we needed and the welcome snacks & coffee were appreciated.
I wouldn't describe the bathroom as modern; it does serve its purpose without any issues. It would be nice if there could be 2 more towels added as hand towels in the bathroom so we don't have to use our second towels for this purpose. (As a woman with longer hair, I do use my second towel as a hair towel.) As well, I didn't see/find a hair dryer as listed in the amenities. I do trust that if I had asked for it, they would have brought me one.
To note, the balcony listed is an interior corridor balcony used for the washing machine and cleaning supplies.
There was a faint smell of smoke in the family room area when we got there which seemed to have faded once we got the air flowing in the unit. The unit is smoke-free otherwise with no smell of smoke.
Check-in was easy and communication with the management company was quick and easy. Massimiliano (Max) was there to greet us at check-in, gave us a thorough walk-through and patiently answered all the questions that we had. We didn't feel rushed at all. They were responsive throughout our stay and check-out as well. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Lodging Apartments again.

First of all, the check in process for me was very unprofessional, I didn’t trust paying in full at the apartment, so I had to go to the main office, which they gave excellent customer service (I must admit) but I had to find my own transport to the apartment.
The apartment is located in the VERY STEEP street
And with my almost 80yr old mom it was hard for her. Cleanliness wasn’t the best, apartment needs a lot of updating if it’s going to be rented. The goodies and coffee was a treat to have. You will still have to leave everything tidy and clean as well as throwing away your garbage in the dumpster, even though they generally charge for cleaning
Rugs were dirty! Overall ok stay. Price wasn’t the best. I rather stay at a hotel next time..
