Der Vermieter war nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage war top! Die Ausstattung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten geht zum Stiegenhaus. Für meine Teenager war es ein Highlight. Die zwei Balkone waren spitze. Der Preis war schon hoch, aber für Barcelona war es recht günstig.
In der Nachbarschaft wird gerne gefeiert, das stört ein bisschen beim Einschlafen.

La ubicación y la comunicación con la persona encargada muy fluido y muy atento.
Se escuchaba todo de la calle. Poco aislado, entraba un poco de frío por la ventana. Le faltaba calefacción, nos tocaron unos días muy fríos. No tenía TV. Secador de pelo muy viejo.

La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a la mayoría de lugares. El apartamento estaba limpio.
Es muy ruidoso. La habitación pequeña tiene dos camas individuales y no deja abrir la puerta porque choca contra una de las camas. Además por la ventana no entra luz natural, da a las escaleras y se oye todo. Una de las camas cruje mucho y hace mucho ruido. El sofá cama está en la entrada.
