The location was perfect, the property was light and clean.

The property needs a few maintenance fixes. The plug socked on the right hand of the bed and the in the smaller bathroom wasn't working. The light on the left side of the bed was hanging off. The door to the smaller bathroom is broken so doesn't shut properly.

Our stay in this apartment in Barcelona was perfect! I traveled with my sisters and the space suited us completely, a large apartment with two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee every day. A special bonus were the two bathrooms, which was ideal for us 😊 The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. It was easy to find, and getting there from the airport was simple and quick, without any complications. The location is fantastic, situated in one of the most beautiful and safe parts of the city, with upscale restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. We felt completely comfortable and safe, especially during evening walks. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located place to stay in Barcelona!

The location is fantastic! All the shops and restaurants at your doorstep. The space is great. For a family of 4 there was plenty of room for the kids to play / run around. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. The bed was super comfortable and big.

The floors in the apartment were very dirty, it’s as if they were not cleaned. The apartment was also not ready on time, although I’ve informed of our early arrival and still it was not ready till 15.30 when the check in is as 15:00. The sofa bed in the living room also looked like it was never cleaned or hoovered (the cushions of the couch which were used to support the bed). There is a bed stool in the bedroom, which we had to move to get something from under it and it looks like it was never moved to hoover / clean under it. All of this really has put us off. It says that the apartment was recently renovated, and yes you can see that the furniture is newish but overall the apartment is run down and especially the bathrooms! The were cracked tiles, the window handle in the main bathroom was broken and loose, the tap was rusty, the switches and sockets are old with again dust on it. The pipes under the sinks (which are visible) are rusty and dusty.. not a pleasant look. The knob to adjust the height of the shower was broken off. One of the lamps was broken again giving it a run down look. The kitchen is also outdated and fridge had a smell in it. The living room with the sofa bed doesn’t have a double glazing so it got noisy. However was fine in the bedroom. When you enter the building you have to go up some steps to reach the elevator, and although there is an electric disabled ramp it takes too long to use, so we had to carry the buggy up and down. Overall for us the main issue was the dirty, dusty floors and the sofa bed.
