Beautiful building and appointments and location

We had noisy unsupervised children at night next to us one night . Not management’s fault but very annoying for us

We had a wonderful stay at Suites Avenue as a family with one child. The location is outstanding, right on the beautiful Passeig de Gràcia, within walking distance of many of Barcelona’s main attractions and with excellent access to the metro. The apartment was beautifully decorated and actually looked even better than the photos. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. The front desk team was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, accommodating, and available 24/7. The rooftop terrace, with its stunning view of Casa Milà, along with the two pools and gym, were great added bonuses. Our apartment did not face the street and we didn't experience any street noise. We spent 4 days walking all over Barcelona, yet we left the city feeling refreshed and full of energy, thanks to the comfort and quality of our stay at this hotel and of course Barcelona's beauty.

The property is ultra modern and centrally located in the most high end shopping district in Bracelona so you are surrounded by virtually anything you might need during your stay from supermarkets, to restuarants, to cafes to all the major shopping outlets all within minutes walk from the property. The building contains many amenities to resemble a boutique hotel although its officially a serviced apartment building. On the first floor you will find a gym, a nice small pool to cool down after work outs and on the 9th rooftop there is another pool with sun bathing recliners and the views from up there are just amazing. The two bed apartment was clean, had a cosy and modern seating area at the living room with a decent dinning table, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine for longer stays. All cleaning products including washing pods are provided free of charge which was a nice gesture. Customer service at the deddicated reception desk was friendly, warm and highly professional. Having a reception desk at a serviced apartment building is always handy with whatever requests one might have from scheduling cleaning service, or requesting a taxi or anything one might need during their stay.

Nothing major i can think of but if i am nitpicking maybe the pool at the roof top could have been larger and the quality control team checking on the cleanliness of the apartment after it has been cleaned everyday is a bit too much I guess if you are staying for a week or more it gets annoying but other than that it was a wonderful stay and I will be looking forward to come back once in the wonderful city of Barcelona.
