The location and set up in the apartment was perfect for a family travelling with teenagers. Loved our kitchen and it had everything we needed.
We had some issues with the shower leaking but they were able to resolve it quickly. The hot water tanks are small and take time to reheat so if you expect long showers this is not the place for you.

This location was perfect for our stay - it was close to public transportation and amazing restaurants. I appreciated that the hosts were communicative and quick to respond. They addressed my questions and concerns with great care. We loved the balcony and overall roominess of the space. It was perfect for a family!
There was one issue with a broken dining room chair, but the host was gracious about this concern.

Excellent location. The metro is right outside the building. All forms of transportation are nearby. Barcelona's attractions are within walking distance. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen appliances are good, including an oven with a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a cooktop. A smart TV is also included.
Unfortunately, some of the plumbing is in poor condition:
The cold water faucet on the second sink doesn't work, and the shower hoses leak, spilling water onto the floor. Accessing the digital lock takes a very long time. At first, I thought the system didn't work. But then I realized I had to wait 20-30 seconds. The first time, it was very unpleasant. We were standing by the door with our suitcases, and the door wouldn't open. Then we got used to it...
Several floor tiles have come loose. It's not a big deal, but it's annoying.
