1. Support team was not answering. It was Sunday of course, but still 2. It was impossible to make additional payment (tourist tax and damage deposit)

A spacious, clean, charming inner city apartment that comfortably accommodated a family of 5, and provided a great base to explore the city every day. It was so nice to enjoy a coffee on the gorgeous little balcony and people watch. Great shops and restaurants very close by, you must visit the bakery across the road. A short 25/30 min walk to Plaza de Cataluña. There are a lot of stairs (I’m sure this is to be expected in most older city apartments) but there is a working lift you can use for luggage. Good communication with the hosts, and no problem with entry codes. Also got our deposit back within about 2 weeks.

It is noisy at night due to a lively nightlife and traffic, the bedrooms at the front are more affected than the bedroom at the back. The kitchen could be better stocked with utensils and supplies (tongs, wooden spoon etc), when you are paying good prices it’s always good to be a generous host because it’s always appreciated by the guests.

Everything was perfect

The location is nice and the flat is spacious. It is well-equipped and clean.

The apartment itself is good, but the company requires a €300 deposit and holds it for almost a month after your stay. Whether that’s acceptable is up to you, but it’s something to be aware of before booking.
