Emplacement , le quartier avec le super marché en face, la propreté, l'espace.
Coupure de l'eau chaude pendant la douche (alterne au chaude et eau froide) pas très agréable.manque de rangement .

Stairs going up to the flat were dark. Could do with more lighting but not the owners fault. It’s a building property issue.
