Lokacija je odlicna, velicina stana je odlicna. Prostran stan sa dve spavace sobe i velikim dnevnim boravkom, pristojna velicina kuhinje. Domacin nas je sacekao i dao nam kljuceve, mogli smo ranije da udjemo u smestaj.
Potrebno je renovirati kupatila, dosta je istrosen stan, cistoca, TV za vreme FIFA se nije mogao gledati.

Lo céntrico y cómodo que era.
Demasiado ruido en la calle por la noche, por lo que en una de las habitaciones era difícil conciliar el sueño.

Nur die Lage war toll! Wiegt aber nicht die Negativ-Punkte auf.
Das Apartment ist komplett runter gekommen & 24/7 stinkt es darin nach Kanal. (Selbst wenn man lüftet) Der Geschirrspüler sifft unten raus sodass sich eine Pfütze bildet, die Billig-Möbel fallen fast auseinander. Das gesamte Gebäude ist derart hellhörig, dass man jedes Wort im Flur hört und auch von der Straße bekommt man alles mit. Schlaf wird aber eh überbewertet. :( Sauberkeit : Gut gemeint, aber nicht gut gemacht.
