This 125m2 apartment completely renovated, but without losing its essence since it is from the beginning of the 20th century, consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with 1 single bed, two bathrooms complete and new, a fully equipped kitchen, a very pleasant gallery to rest and have a coffee or to read for a while, and a very spacious and comfortable dining room, with a capacity of up to 7 people, it is magnificent to spend a vacation in family visiting the city of Barcelona.
Its main features are 3-meter-high ceilings decorated with Modernist-style moldings, decorated doors and windows, and authentic tiled flooring from the early 20th century.
In this apartment we take respect for the neighbors very seriously, and it is very important that after 22:00 no noise is made so as not to disturb the rest of the neighbors since it is a very quiet community. It is super large and comfortable. Location is perfect. The Air Conditioner is not strong enough to cool the entire place when the temperature outside is really hot. I recommend you ask for portable fans to help with the heat. I would definitely come to the same place again. Great location.

This apartment was the perfect spot in a great neighbourhood with every possible amenity imaginable. We were a multi generational group spending a family weekend together in beautiful Barcelona. This lovely host was very communicative and attentive from the beginning. The apartment is hugely comfortable and fabulously located. We were celebrating our son’s 30th birthday and it was a most excellent base to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona.

We had a great time in the apart and it was all clean and very well equippet. We where only suprised by the noise from next door... the apartment owner, which we contacted asap, managed the situation very well.
