Casa Cosi - Casanova 7

First visit to Barcelona family of four with adult kids - and the space was perfect home base for our visit. There was even a Christmas tree in the lobby of the apartment which was wonderful. Spaces were good and the foyer area was very large which was such a bonus for storing coats, shoes extra bags etc. We all had our own space which is such a bonus when traveling with adult kids. Both bathrooms were modern and very clean. The kitchen is VERY well equipped - with everything you need to cook snacks and meals. There is definitely some upstairs noise related to furniture moving as others have mentioned but it seemed to be early morning and evening for about 10 minutes each day. Elevator small but worked very well. The location is like all of Eixample and very convenient, safe bustling - with everything you need so close. The fresh squeezed orange juice machine in the grocery store was amazing for these Canadians! We feel luck to have "lived like locals" for the week.

The location was terrific, and especially since we had to book this place last minute to the place we booked had flooded. Easy check in process, and the apartment was fantastic. Know that the elevator is small. It only fits two people so if you have luggage you may want to make two trips of the five flights of stairs. The only downside which the property owner obviously can’t control it at the people upstairs sounded like they were building IKEA furniture or dropping dumbbells on the floor all night long.

It was an absolutely clean and nice place on the 5th floor with all the amenities one could need. Beautiful location with easy access as well as being walking distance to see many of Barcelona’s attractions, like Casa Batlló, Casa Mika, and Sagrada Familia. My grandmother was comfortable with staying because of the accessibility of the elevator; however, at some point it was not working and she had to climb the 7 flights of stairs.

This was a perfect place to spend 10 days discovering Barcelona. The neighborhood was wonderful with plenty of eateries, coffee shops and markets. It was a 5 min walk to the metro. The living space was spacious and perfect for my family to visit. The staff was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot water. Someone there to fix it in less than 15 minutes. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and use it again if the opportunity presents itself.
