This apartment is fabulous! Nothing bad I could say. It was so clean, well maintained and well managed. So much room and well appointed. There’s nothing that wasn’t in the apartment. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was loaded. The staff were fantastic and they have cleaning service. Not common at all in the apartment business. The shades are great. Total blackout for sleeping. Would come back again for sure.

The cleanliness was excellent - the apartment was cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the place comfortably cool. The staff at the information desk were wonderful; they provided us with a ton of useful information and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation had everything we needed. We traveled with just backpacks and occasionally did laundry during our stay. There’s both a washing machine and a dryer available, which was very convenient. The bed was fantastic - extremely comfortable and supportive. It's the kind of mattress that doesn't sag or make you feel like you're sleeping in a hole. It provides excellent support, especially for people with a higher body weight. The sofa bed was also great for our child, offering plenty of space and comfort. The city itself is amazing - it honestly makes me want to move here! 😄 We've already started looking into schools for our child. Public transportation is well organized, people are relaxed and friendly, and we have never experienced any unpleasant situations. We felt safe walking around at all times. The food deserves a special mention. The quality is outstanding, both in local markets and in restaurants. Everything tastes fresh, from fruits and vegetables to seafood, meats, and pastries. We were impressed by how consistently good the food was, whether we were eating at a restaurant or buying ingredients from a market. If you love food, Barcelona will not disappoint. There is something interesting to discover around every corner. People are also very considerate - we often saw passengers on buses helping elderly people and those with disabilities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly come back.

Great apartment ideally located in Barcelona and the staff gave us fantastic advice. It was great to have the apartment serviced daily and fresh towels.

Nothing at all

Comfortable location, relatively close to all objects of interest. A metro station is a few minutes walk. Apartment is quite spacious, and (if you don’t look in some details) it was clean. The make up room every day, what was a pleasant surprise for us.

A set of dishes makes you think that nobody thought about what people may need. There was just two teaspoons, and no bowls for example. They provide ceramic frying pans and stainless utensils, so one of the pans is in terrible condition, the other just a bit better. Nobody cares about some details. For example, the bidet has a lid that is not working. To fix it you need just a screwdriver and few seconds. As I wrote above the apparent looked quite clean, but in some places it seems that they never clean. The lamp above the dining table was deeply covered with dust, the mechanism of sofa bed was also full of dust. And of course a lot of dust under the bed. But the most stressful thing was that we met a cockroach! This was disguising! Thanks goodness it happened on the last day of our stay. I stayed in hundreds of different hotels and apartments all over the world for the last 25 years but this is the first time I saw a cockroach in a hotel!
