Clean and lots of room; air conditioning was very strong for the heat.

Didn’t realise the pool was on the roof

The location and general facilities were great.

Maybe the fact that we had to wait for access. If we could have had earlier access it would have been so much better.

This hands down was the favorite apartment we stayed in. The location was excellent. We walked to most everything. It was very central to everything we wanted to see. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Near the metro. Las Ramblas. The shopping district. There is a market very close to the apartment which made things easy. The apartment was very light and bright. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms for our family of 4. Everyone had their own room and a comfortable bed to rest in after long days on our feet. We also loved the option to drop our bags early before check-in at the main office as well as the day we checked out. This was a free service. Allowing us to enjoy more time in the city before departing.

Although the apartment listing on Booking clearly states that it includes a balcony, there is absolutely no balcony in the apartment. There is not even a balcony door — only a standard window. This is clearly misleading information. I chose this apartment specifically and solely because it was advertised as having a balcony. I did not book it for its central location or rating. Had I known there was no balcony, I would never have made this reservation. Due to this significant discrepancy between the listing and the actual condition of the property, we experienced a serious inconvenience. This matter should be investigated and that appropriate action be taken, including correction of the listing.
