Гарне розташування та доступна комунікація з власником помешкання.Ми задоволені своїм вибором,в квартирі було все необхідне.Хоча комусь може не сподобатись не дуже сучасний ремонт та мебл,і та високий третій поверх без ліфта.Але нам було норм.
Не можна було приймати душ одночасно в двох душах через брак гарячої води.
