Modern, clean, decent size apartment with space to work.
Construction everywhere around it, and La Rambla in general is a bit questionable. I knew this before but wanted the apartment to have more space to work remotely.

Front desk host on site, very friendly and helpful. Two efficient elevators, never had to wait. Generously sized luggage lockers in case you arrive before your room is ready (self-programmed combination lock system with easy instructions worked perfectly) adjacent to a nice sun terrace with lounge chairs and restroom. Walking distance to the Gothic Quarter. Convenience store steps away (bottled water, liquor, etc.)
No warning that the property location (La Rambla) would be under construction during our stay. Very noisy and destroyed the location ambiance.
