Hotel Cuatro Naciones is centrally located and has breakfast included. The breakfast consisted of cold cuts, hardboiled egg scrambled egg, spanish omelette, bacon croissant, other breads, juices coffee yogurt ,cereals,fresh fruits,biscuits,muffins.
In the room the lights are so dim and cannot be adjusted to make it brighter. The hotel is close to Plaza Reial and is fronting La Rambla. The location is excellent, close to souvenir shops and good restaurants and some restaurants give discounts to the hotel's customers. The hotel is clean.
We had an assigned room that had 4 steps which would not have been a problem if we didn't have luggages. The counter staff asked us when we checked in if we needed help but we did not know then that there would be 4 steps leading to our room that we said we could manage by ourselves. We are seniors and my friend have mobility issues, to get to our room there were 4 steps and we had 3 luggages. We did not bother to go back to the reception since we were so tired and hungry after a long flight. Maybe they could have offered assistance without asking since they were more familiar with the rooms.

budget hotel , single room was tiny, pretty good and filling breakfast - highlight of my stay, great location. single room was quiet as it was looking in the courtyard. you have to go to reception to get a cup of boiled water. The elevator is convenient. I would consider staying again if the price is right. Guest were not noisy.
