We loved the hotel. Our room was a little small but it was clean and beautiful decorated. The hotel was in the best location and walking distance to the main tourist landmarks. There were plenty shops and restaurants close by. We will definitely return again.

The location of the Doña Maria, with the Catedral de Sevilla and Royal Alcázar within walking distance, is a key priority for us.

The hotel is located in such convenient location, clean, modern and tidy. Staff were very helpful, especially José. Thank you all.

The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had booked a room with separate beds for me and my brother, and this was clearly confirmed in my Agoda booking. I also paid the full amount based on that. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find that the beds were not separated. When I asked why, they said: “This is what you booked.” I showed them my Agoda reservation, and they replied: “We don’t deal with Agoda at all. We only work with Expedia, and we are not obliged to provide what you booked.” then after insisting to change they told me that if I wanted a room with separate beds, I had to pay €30 extra. I agreed just to avoid more problems. When I went to pay, they suddenly said I also had to pay a tourist tax. I told them that I had already paid all taxes in my booking. Their answer was: “You didn’t pay the tax to us, and we are not responsible for what you paid on Agoda because we don’t work with Agoda.” We asked to speak to the manager. The manager came, and her attitude was even worse — very rude and completely unprofessional. She repeated the same: “We don’t deal with Agoda. Your booking came through Expedia.” Even though my booking was clearly from Agoda. We then asked to cancel the booking and get a full refund without any deductions, and to confirm that nothing would be charged. She said: “I’m not obliged to confirm whether you will be charged or not. I can cancel the booking, and you deal with Expedia.” Again — my booking was from Agoda, not Expedia! This was an extremely bad experience. I was shocked by the unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest behavior of the hotel staff. When I told her that I would write a bad review about this hotel everywhere, she said: “Write whatever you want. We don’t care.” Absolutely not recommended to deal with these bad staff
