The apartment was spacious, clean and had basics sich as a kitchenette, coffee machine, washing machine, TV. I was also surprised there were two bathrooms/showers so that was convenient for our family of 5. The metro/bus were close by. AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!! Overall I would recommend it.
Unfortunately there was some high pitched ringing noise coming from the AC which was rather annoying. They said they'd recently installed soundproof windows but they didn't seem to do much- in the evening hours you can hear everything outside. They do provide ear plugs but just something to be aware of as it might be a deal breaker for some people. We managed by using the earplugs and putting on white noise.

Great location, near the Rambla, close to everything we needed, the lift that comes directly in our Apartment was really great. Everything worked and was very clean.

Location
Be wary . They show a lovely balcony with the three bedroom apartment, if the balcony exists we certainly didn’t see it . We had two , very small shaded balconies. I feel tricked .
