Spacious, 4 minute walk to the metro, convenient entry, washing machine in unit, staff left a starter kit with a small amount of laundry/dish detergent. Communication was quick and easy.
The apartment is on a busy intersection and the windows closest to the street are old and not well insulated. Lots of sirens, loud cars, honking until late night. Earplugs solve the problem pretty easily though.

Location and out door terrace. Supermarket 30 seconds away.
Bathroom sink and toilet was blocked however got a refund as per my request.
