Location and facility were great. Traveling with my wife and two adult daughters so the accommodations were just what we needed. Although we did not use it the rooftop pool and seating area would’ve been nice to use. We just now have enough time as we only had a few days in the city.

Getting in to the facility using a website was a little challenging to figure out. Once we had the process down, it was not bad, but it literally it took quite a while for us to get it figured out.

The location of the hotel is fantastic; you can walk everywhere. It is just an 8-minute walk to La Rambla and 24 minutes to the Sagrada Família. There are no physical keys. Instead, you download an app by following the instructions sent to your email, and you can easily access both the building and the apartment via Bluetooth. We didn't experience any issues at all. As a family with two children, we felt very comfortable in our room. The back of the sofa in the living room was broken, but it didn't cause us any trouble. There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the building, and towels are provided right by the poolside. If you do not purchase extra housekeeping, no one else enters your room during your stay. However, a broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket are provided in the room, so you can easily do your own daily cleaning. The apartment is equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher. If needed, you can easily wash your clothes as a drying rack and laundry detergent are provided. Dishwasher detergent, as well as dish soap and a sponge for handwashing, are also available. Additionally, an iron, an ironing board, a toaster, a microwave, and trash bags were all provided. The kitchenware is more than sufficient; everything like plates, pots, pans, glasses, spoons, and forks has been well thought out. The refrigerator works perfectly and cools very well. The air conditioning in the room works great; it kept us very comfortable during the June heat. In the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap are provided. Additionally, there was extra toilet paper and a hairdryer. There is also a Smart TV connected to the internet, so you can easily use video streaming platforms. The only minor downside was that the fitted sheets on the beds were a bit small, so we found them slipped off every morning. Because of this, you might need to fix the beds daily. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The pool towels run out very quickly; they definitely need to be replenished more frequently. Also, the room windows let in a lot of noise, so the sound insulation could be improved. The large curtains in our room were not working, which meant we couldn’t open them when we wanted to. While these were not major dealbreakers, some equipment in the room could use some maintenance. For instance, the handle of the sliding bathroom door was broken off, so we had to use it that way. A few minor touches and repairs would definitely make the overall experience much better. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room. No one else enters the room during the stay, but for a security system accessed via Bluetooth, having a safe would still provide an extra layer of security.

Location and customer service was great.

We got our room key online - however it ended up being for another room. We were able to access the other room, but it was for another guest with all their items in the room. This is quite concerning as I had spent over 30 mins fling out forms to ensure security, but the team still made a big mistake by giving us access to another guests room. It made me really concerned about our safety (and for our personal belongings) as someone else could potentially have access to our room if this is a normal occurrence. Furthermore, we had to call customer service to deal with this situation (with our 2 very young kids after a flight just before arriving) - it ended up being quite a long call (with great customer service) but it was not convenient when trying to check in. We then found out that we had to call in to get remote access to out room every time we had to go in. They said we would get an email by the next morning and we did not. So I called the next morning and they said by 10 I'll get an email, which I did not. So I called again in the evening and they finally gave me the remote access. This definitely took away from my vacation and was not the best experience for a stay.
