I think it is a lovely place that has much character. Easy to reach, nice neighborhood. Super spacious as well, the more if the weather allows it to sit outside as well. Also the many bathrooms make it altogether a perfect stay
Nothing to complain, maybe the price is a bit high. But that is a general complaint to the big cities. Staying in a lovely city as Barcelona comes with a price. And you might suffer a bit from some people around that are partying

We loved the location, it is central but very quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and has lots of food options. It was big enough even for our family of 14pax. We loved having a lot of bathrooms

The location was fantastic. The size of the apartment was brilliant
The floor was dirty so we all got dirty feet. There were no bin liners so we couldnt empty the bins in the kitchen There should have been a washing machine but it was broken and ruined a couple of my shirts.We had another week on holiday and one of the reasons we chose the apartment was for the washing machine. I was asked for a 300 euro deposit on the arrival. This was not mentioned previously.
