Located on one of the most central and iconic streets in Barcelona, everything was within walking distance — Gaudí landmarks, top restaurants, boutique shops, and metro access. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and longer stays.

One of the toasters didn’t work
The coffee pod machine leaked water everywhere.
No tea towels supplied
Huge noise issues … it needs some rugs or sound insulation…. No furnishings & with the high ceilings there is nothing to insulate the noise. We were 9 people over 60 … we did not turn the TV on … we did not put on any music … we just sat around talking & still received 3 noise complaints …. 1 of the complaints we weren’t even there… went out at 10 & came back at 7pm & back out again at 7.30 for dinner!!
Hardly any lamps had bulbs in.
The door lock fell apart & someone had to miss an important family dinner as the room was not secure.
1 of the showers was unusable … no one could turn it off
Power went off the day we were leaving at 8am …. No elevator …. No water so we all had to be out by 8am
