Location excellent, and close proximity to metro, restaurants and supermarkets. Room was great with spacious living areas.

The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. The decor was modern, the place was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was powerful, and having a huge balcony and a washing machine were a plus.
It would have nice to have a few more towels, including wash cloths and more detailed instruction for the appliances (washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.). I’m sure they’re easy to figure out for people accustomed to the symbols and wording on the machines, but for those of us who aren’t, it would be a thoughtful gesture to have had them provided.

Property location and space in the apartment.
The balcony door lock was damaged, which is a significant safety concern in a city like Barcelona. We reported this and were told it would be repaired, but no one came during our stay. Similarly, the toilet seat was broken, which was an unpleasant inconvenience. We were also assured this would be fixed, but it never was.
