De locatie en de buurt. En zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host , Manel. Toen bijvoorbveeld de fóhn stuk bleek en de douchedeur niet lekker rolde kwamen ze binnen 2 uren nieuwe f;ohn brengen en de deur repareren.
De trappen.....55 treden voor mij niet erg een probleem (goede training) maar voor iemand met 2 heup protheses ...uitdaging met de koffers haha maar dat wisten wij vantevoren.

Ottima posizione comoda ai servizi. Ci sono delle scale da fare perchè l'appartamento è al quarto piano.
Cambierei i materassi. Phon non andava. Non è stato sostituito.

Appartamento pulitissimo, fornito di tutto il necessario, Manel gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione fantastica a 3minuti dalla Rambla, negozietti per la spesa praticamente sotto la casa.
Le scale del palazzo sono un pò scomode per una valigia grande
