Romantic accommodation in Barcelona is a completely refurnished flat in the city center, in a classically modernistic building of the Eixample area. Ideally located, right next to Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya, and the Market of La Boqueria. Enjoy a big variety of restaurants, shops, Spanish markets, bars and more in this quiet and safe neighborhood, most typical of Barcelona. Great comfort, high quality, top-design, and convenience all in one in this amazing flat with high ceilings, traditionally wood beams, wood floor. Spacious open-plan living area and dining room with balcony overlooking the city. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Master bedroom with large, double bed. Single bedroom with twin beds . 1 complete Bathroom.

* There is cot / crib available under request.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Apartment was close to everything. Couldn’t believe how quiet it was at night. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wehada great stay in Barcelona. We are elderly but we’re still able to walk to the center of town and las rambla
Took a tour bus that took us all the way to the top of Barcelona so that you could see the whole city and water below. We had been there before and had no idea it was that hilly. Had we known about the tram before we saw it we would have definitely made arrangements to ride on it. Don’t miss sagrada familia the church that was designed by Gaudi and they have been building for over 140 years. It is fascinating. We took Ubers or taxis to nice restaurants and they were only about 10 euros each time and well worth it. The apartment had an elevator thank goodness for our luggage. Would definitely recommend the apartment especially because of the location. Sincerely, Carol & Don, Delaware USA
