This stylish, open plan studio apartment in the El Raval District, has capacity up to 3 persons.
A vibrant green colour scheme features throughout this comfortable studio with a double bed and a single sofa bed. Recline after a long day of sightseeing in a living area where natural sunlight bounces off wooden floors and illuminates the entire space. Its 4 windows and 3 balconies wellcome the sun and the views to the beautiful square with trees in fron of the building.
There is a full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
There is Air Conditioner and heater.
Nespresso coffe machine to enjoy nice breakfast. Microwave, overn, juicer, ...
The apartment is also equipped with a 42' flat-screen TV, computer with ADSL, free WiFi, DVD player.

Lined with performing street artists, painters and buskers, famous La Rambla Street is a 10-minute walk away. Appreciate some of Barcelona’s most beautiful buildings by walking for just 2 minutes’ to the Contemporary Art Museum, 7 minutes’ to the National Library of Catalonia and 15 minutes’ to Palau Güell.
There is a wide range of cuisines located closeby, and bars, restaurants and cafes are located on every corner. The nearby Plaza Catalunya Square is the perfect starting spot for any visit.

Special tourist TAX of 6 €/day/person not included (up to 7 night/Younger than 17 don´t pay it) . It will be paid at the check in by cash. AFTER MAY 1ST 2025 IT WILL BE RISED TO 8€/NIGHT/PERSON. There was no “winery experience” VRBO but you made me rate it anyway so I gave it 5 stars. Victor’s place was wonderful. Near La Rambla, the water, Old Born, the Metro (so convenient to all the Gaudi attractions), Mercato Bocaria, Plaça Reial. We had a fabulous “real” Barcelona experience.

The property was as described with the promised supplies and devices. Although a small initial hiccup, the property owner resolved quickly and in an excellent fashion. That told us we had made the right decision in selecting this property. There were recommendations for dining provided that were spot on. There was also a cafe (Chula Vista) right outside the front door that had both good food and great staff.

The location is great. The trouble was NO HEAT. There were 2 small electric heaters that we had on all night. We did not want to leave them when we weren't there. The bathroom and kitchen were never warm. We stayed in January so the cold really effected us. There was some noise from the restaurant below but because we didn't have the windows opened it did not affect us. The place was very clean and in the center of town.
