Newly renovated and fully serviced boutique apartment with french balcony, 2 double bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom. Professional 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday. The apartment sleeps 4 people with 4 individual beds that can be put together to make king size double beds.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a homemade meal. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.
Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum.
Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away.

The location was perfect; quiet and yet convenient to walk anywhere. The hosts were well organized and available to assist for whatever we needed. There was daily cleaning included which was fabulous. All the amenities were available; full oven, dishwasher, laundry in the apartment. It was a comfortable stay - we would definitely choose this apartment again. Thank you all!

The apartment had everything we needed. It does need a little TLC, like new coffee maker. the front is broken. Other than that it was in a great area. Quit at night and walkable to some places. Host was always available and helpful.

Didn’t like the fake plants and cheap furniture, very low water pressure and minimal equipment in the kitchen. Company staff were efficient, check in worked well.
