Location was very central

Comfy beds and not a bad sized apartment for a family of 5
Checkin was not great as I had notified arrival time and when I called to say 5 mins away they stated would be there by the time we got there. It took them 15 minutes to turn up to let us in with us chasing up twice. This was not ideal having three children stood on the street waiting when they should have been there waiting for us not the other way around.
It was a bit noisy with the old windows but it is central so expected but not sure much could be done perhaps secondary glazing.
The apartment felt tired and needed maintenance in areas
The lift says only two people which was a pain
The most annoying part was ten minutes before the checkout time we had someone knocking at the door which I find rude. I understand if a guest is still not vacated 10
Mins after checkout but to harass a guest before offical checkout time for me is not great.

The apartment is dirty when we first arrived, I don’t think they cleaned it at all, the couch is uncomfortable
