The 4 bedroom apartment as very spacious with great common areas. The two bedroom apartment was also very spacious and has been renovated nicely.
The four bedroom apartment needs a lot of work. Bathrooms are not renovated and in subpar condition. Tiles on the roof were broken. One bedroom in the back had zero air conditioner, it needs a separate unit. The two bedroom unit has one great bedroom and one too small for adults. Also this building has a hostal above the four bedroom unit.
