Amazing location- right in the heart of Eixample on the Ramblas.
All special requests were forgotten - agreed early check in, high chair etc.

Location was perfect for us. Restaurants, bars and shopping on the doorstep. Maybe a little far if you want to be near the beach although taxis are easily accessible and fairly priced. Showers were wonderful and beds comfortable. We had requested an apartment with a double bed and two singles but had two double beds so my adult daughters had to share. Didn’t really matter but I had specifically searched for two singles. The fact that we had access to the property when we arrived at about 10am was very welcomed and why I didn’t mention the bed configuration! I was so pleased to get in and rest! The staff were super friendly and on hand whenever we needed them.
We stayed for 3 nights and 2 mornings were woken by loud footsteps from the floor above which went on for a long time.

The location is amazing. An easy and short walk to great shopping and dining. The apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. Our interactions with the employees were exceptional. One guest ordered an item to be delivered to the location and not only did they accept it, they put it in the apartment. This was great because we would not have made it back to the apartment before they left work. That was a major plus in this experience.
The only challenged was that the hot water. One of the four bathrooms shower water would not get hot. Another bathroom got hot water 95% of the time. This wasn't a major problem because the two biggest bathrooms did consistently had hot water.

Location was great, within walking distance to everything. Comfortable seating in the lounge. Kitchen equipped with most things we needed.
The beds, for us were too hard but I think this is a personal preference. The noise from the road was very loud and the walls very thin - next door had a party and our children heard every conversation/ song through the walls at 11pm. Bins seemed to be collected at 3am so sleep was quite disruptive for all of us.
