Super apparrement ,trés grande ,bien équipé,calme et trés bien situé

L’emplacement
Pas de possibilité de manger ensemble (8) car cuisine très petite et pas de salle à manger
Obligés de petit déjeuner à tour de rôle
Une chambre donne directement dans la cuisine, la petite chambre est avec la machine à laver et le sèche linge , 2 autres chambres avec 2petits lits séparés (et petite surface)
Il n’y a en fait qu’une vraie chambre !

Apartment was in a great location. Apartment size was ideal, we had 10 guests staying and everyone had adequate room.
The upstairs neighbours came to the front door of the apartment 3 minutes after we had checked in to advise us about noise. There is 4 AB Bailen Apartments within the complex and the only noise we could hear was coming from the neighbours upstairs who live there all year round. This is not a slight on AB just an awareness for future guests, not to take much notice of the old woman who comes to the door.

The apartment is in a lively area and the metro is right around the corner. You can walk to Pl. Catalunya in around 15 minutes.
The windows and walls are as thin as paper. You‘ll hear the neighbors moving upstairs as well as vehicles and people on the street. This is a busy neighborhood and there’s always some noise. If the trash car or a bus passes by, it feels like it‘s driving through your bedroom. If the neighbors come home after a night out, you‘re going to be awake. This is not a place to get some rest.
