The facility was clean and provided everything you need. The location was excellent, close to Sagrada Familia, restaurants, bars and all shopping. The door-person was very friendly and helpful. She on spoke Spanish but we managed to communicate just fine.
Downloading the "keys" to our phones was a bit of an ordeal. Twice, the keys failed to work and we needed to uninstall the app, then reinstall and reactivate through email. The door-person was able to guide us through this when we couldn't get back in.
Turning on the toaster caused the breaker to trip. We thought the construction in the building killed the power but the owner was quick to advise us to re-engage the breaker.

Porch is dusty, a lot of noise and check in was a disaster.
