Great location and everything you need for two/three people. Unproblematic communication with the staff.
Kitchen equipment could be a bit better and also a bit cleaner (towels). But generally the apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

authentic and adequate, good location (close to historic district), friendly host (s), beds were decent, very strong hot shower, could accommodate a couple and one child with the double bed and single bed, close to large and small markets
outdated furniture, limited kitchen-don’t plan to cook much, loud at night (bring ear plugs), thin walls and floors, worn bathroom

This is at a nice part of the city (Gothic quarter)! Everything is very close, walk distance (Arc the Triomph, Placa Catalunya, Urquinaoa etc.) There's a supermercado at the corner of the street also a street away a lot of shops and food places. Easy to check in, code for entering the building, keys for the apartments. The receptionists were friendly, but hard to find while we were staying there
We reserved the apartment for 5 people. They didn't mention that the master bedroom doesn't have a door. Also there was only 3 pillows, 3 very thin bed covers and one blanket. The cutlery set was for only 4 people. Wifi was sometimes hard to reach, even if there's 3 wifi. Sometimes there was a weird smell in the staircase. There doorknobs made it harder to close the main door quietly.
