About this apartment rental

Three-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment completely renovated since February 2019, located next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in a modernist style, with an exceptional location, just 10 minutes' walk from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the city's main attractions.



It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.



With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, parquet floors make this apartment breathe a modern and warm style.



The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area equipped with a flat-screen television. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.



The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. Both bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and WC.



The apartment will be equipped with towels and bed linen.



This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.



The apartment does not accept group bookings or stag/hen parties.

Apartment location is perfect for walking everywhere and close to the metro. The description said there was a balcony but when we checked in there was a sign on the door saying that if we used the balcony we would be fined. That was disappointing. But the apartment was nice enough, the beds were comfortable, showers were warm and had good pressure, and the A/C worked great. We also liked having a grocery store right across the street for incidentals. We would stay here again.

This property is nice and newly renovated in a great location, very central in the city. However, the check in process for this property and Ola Living, the management company is ridiculous. We had to enter tons of personal information and upload photos of our passports for ALL people in our party before being allowed to check in. There is no reason for them to collect so much personal information, not to mention for every person in your party staying in the property. We were already in Spain when trying to complete this rigorous check in and it was very very cumbersome. Again, every bit of personal information you can imagine but your SS#. And, entry is by bluetooth app, didn't work great and we didn't get access until. very last minute. Very stressful.
