Centric Apartments Paseo de Gracia

We were 5 persons so 2 bathrooms were very useful.

There were missing some kitchen tools. Also blankets for 5th person we had to prepare by ourselves.

Location was great. Very comfortable considering it was 5 of us. Check in was super easy. Near the airport.

I think AC was not properly working. We couldn’t fully warm up apartment during our stay. More amenities could be provided during our stay such as shower gel, shampoo etc. Pillows were uncomfortable in my opinion.

The location is unbeatable and only few minutes walk to all the attractions on a safe and convenient street. Access to washer is very convenient and the space is very large with access to two full bathrooms which si great for a family of 4+

The two bedroom apartment has a lot of wear and tear, from really dirty walls, to broken bathroom doors, and unstable flooring. There was a shortage of toilet paper for the amount of people and duration we stayed even though we messaged before arriving requesting adequate amount since we read a lot of reviews saying not enough toilet paper is supplied. Bedding had blood stains and the floors were dirty. The pictures on the website do not at all reflect the actual state for the two bedroom Appartment. It’s a completely different bathroom, much older. For the amount charged we were hoping that at least the basics were supplied including enough toiletries, but only 1 really small bottle for many people.
