We stayed for 5 nights during the peak of summer in Spain, with outdoor temperatures reaching 42°C. The second bedroom’s air conditioning was so weak that the room remained unbearably hot and unlivable. This meant we could not use the second bedroom at all, despite booking and paying for a two-bedroom property. When we raised the issue, the host refused to acknowledge the problem and offered no solution, which shows a lack of responsibility and concern for guest comfort. To make matters worse, several kitchen appliances were not functioning, adding further inconvenience. Overall, the property did not deliver what was promised, and the experience fell far short of reasonable expectations for the price paid.
