About this apartment rental
Accessibility - 2 floors above street level. Elevator
Apartment description - 3 bedroom apartment with 3 full bathrooms. This apartment still has the 100+ years old mosaic floors (a different design in every room) and beautiful ceilings with decorative moldings. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, shower, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet.
Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator.
The apartment has a small private BALCONY with seating and there is also access to the shared furnished ROOF TERRACE, with monument views.
BEDS - Master bedroom with one 180x190cm bed. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has one single bed 90x200cm.
Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
You will have air conditioning A/C on hot days (May - September) or HEATING during the cold period (October - April).
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.
For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.
Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.
Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 6 (sofabed pulls out in the master bedroom).
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our storage room when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our storage room in the building.

Me and my family loved the place ! It was spacious, having the 3 bathroom and AC was a plus. It was very clean and check in was very smooth! I am thankful for allowing us early check in since we were able to leave our luggage and go right away to our tour at La Sagrada Family! It is walkable to the Sagrada Family, Casa Batlló , many restaurants and places for breakfast around! I highly recommend this stay to anybody

My wife and kids did not know beforehand where we were staying. When we got into the flat they couldn’t believe how nice and spacious it was. Dropping off our luggage prior to check in was super easy too. The spot is above a cafe and near many restaurants. You are close to all the main attractions! I highly recommend if you travel to Barcelona.

We had an incredible stay in Barcelona in part because of our wonderful accomodation. Our host was easy to access and the space was perfect for our family. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful, with loads of old Spanish charm, and is in a great location- not in the middle of the tourists, but close enough to the sites. Lots of close restaurants and shops too. At night, the neighborhood is quiet. The early use of the storage locker was absolutely the best (we came off a cruise ship at 8:30am and we would’ve been stuck with our bags otherwise). We even were able to check in several hours early, which was so appreciated! And 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms were a blessing.
BUT- I think people need to understand that historic charm in old buildings with gorgeous tile floors, plaster walls and ceilings, and old wooden doors, also means a general lack of noise-proofing and lots of echoing in the hallways and through walls. The street noise is pretty loud in the kitchen/living area during the day, but disappeared at night. Unfortunately, we did have some loud-talking neighbors that I had to drown out with the white-noise machine I brought on our trip. For us, the noise issue didn’t diminish our enjoyment or appreciation of the apartment; the easy check-in, the storage locker, the 3 beds and baths, the charm, and the location, were all absolutely worth renting this apartment!
