About this apartment rental
Apartment description - 4 bedroom newly renovated apartment with 3 full bathrooms. Comfortable for 7 persons.
The large master suite has a king-size bed (180x200cm). The ceilings in the master bedroom and living area are over 4 meters high (approx. 14 feet) and an en-suite bathroom, with sink, shower, and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds (80x190cm) and also an en-suite bathroom, with sink, shower, and toilet.
The third bedroom has one single bed (90x200cm). The third bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a sink, bathtub, and toilet.
Stairs in the entry hall of the apartment lead up to the fourth bedroom, which has one double bed (140x190cm). Please note that the ceiling height on the upper apartment level is a very low 190cm (a little over 6 feet).
For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.
The living room has a sofa and a 37" flat screen TV. The kitchenette has microwave oven, 2 burner stovetop, full-size refrigerator, kettle, and coffee-maker.
There is a laundry room with a separate washing machine and dryer.
You will have air conditioning A/C on hot days (May - September) or HEATING during the cold period (October - April).
The apartment has a balcony with seating and there is also access to the shared and furnished roof terrace, with monument views.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.
Accessibility - 1 floor above street level. Elevator
Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. None of the bedrooms have any traffic noise.
**IMPORTANT - There is a strict requirement that at least 2-3 guests over 30yo MUST accompany the group if the group is under 30yo age limit.
There are no age limits for FAMILY GROUPS WITH KIDS. Families with kids are welcome without any exceptions. We have baby cot(s) and high chair(s) at no extra cost.**
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our storage room when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our storage room in the building.

We really loved our stay in this l’Eixample apartment. The location was perfect—central, walkable, and close to the Sagrada Familia and many of Gaudí’s works, with great restaurants and shops nearby.The apartment was very comfortable for our group of six, with a thoughtful layout, plenty of bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Having elevator access and a terrace with lovely city views made the stay even more special.Communication with the hosts and our manager, Liliana, was excellent. She was kind, responsive, and quickly took care of a small issue with the water heater. The internet was a bit spotty at times, but overall we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

The location and amenities were great. Our only complaint was the noise, lack of blankets and very hard beds. We really liked the location but slept horribly. If you’re a light sleeper, you will find it challenging. It’s an old building so tons of noises—toilets flushing, showers running, elevator noise and kids running in the apartment above us.
